TWO YEAR UNLIMITED MILEAGE WARRANTY
against failure on the HAGON shocks we sell.
Please note- Hagon's warranty does not cover bent shocks due to impact, accident, dropped bike or owner malfunction. Neither we nor Hagons warranty shocks that are used for racing or that have been modified in any way. Warranty shocks must be returned clean; a $20 cleaning fee will apply if shocks are returned in an oily or dirty condition.

HAGON MONOSHOCKS feature fully adjustable linked compression and rebound damping, and adjustable spring preload. Damping adjustment is through a bypass control that maintains rebound and compression damping balance, with a wide range of adjustment provided to suit all riding styles.

WHY CAN'T I ORDER ONLINE?
We are reluctant to sell shocks here on the web site because we refuse to sell 'one-size-fits-all' shocks. We find that there are enough variations in model specs. and rider conditions that it it necessary to have direct contact with the end user. Shocks are not returnable once fitted to your bike, so in order to ensure that Hagons specification will fit both your bike and your loading conditions, we need some information from you about your bike, your weight and your riding habits.

--the rider's weight
--if you carry a passenger? passenger weight? % of time you ride two up?
--whether a fairing, saddlebags or a top case are fitted, and how much weight you carry in each.
--your anticipated MAXIMUM LOADING in pounds
--how the bike is used, i.e highway, backroads, off road, track days, race etc.
Shipping and insurance will be charged at cost and will vary depending on what you order, your zip code and any fuel surcharges in effect on the day your order ships. We ship by UPS in the continental USA, by Priority Mail to AK and HI and by US Mail Express International outside of the USA.
All Hagon shocks have a two year unlimited mileage warranty against failure due to manufacturing defect. Bent shocks due to accident, impact, dropped bike, improper installation or adjustment, or owner malfunction will not be warranteed. Neither we nor Hagons warranty shocks for racing applications. Shocks are not returnable once they have been fitted though we will do up to two spring exchanges on twin shocks if original springs are returned in saleable condition (clean with no chips or scratches). We do not warranty
the finish on black springs.
